How is Venice Nutrition different from other programs available?

What is the difference between the online program and the consulting programs?
At Venice Nutrition, we know that one size does not fit all and that is why we offer two different ways for you to become a member and succeed. You have the option of enrolling in an individual Consulting Program to work one on one with a private nutrition and fitness coach or you may choose to join Venice Nutrition and implement your program independently.
One on one consulting programs are a "hands on" approach to achieving your goals and ideal for those who prefer working with a professional for personal support, motivation and coaching. Our consulting programs range from one month to six months depending on your individual goals, needs and lifestyle. All consulting packages are held in a private setting at a nutrition office or over the phone and include a 30 Day complimentary membership to Venice Nutrition. Venice Nutrition is a virtual nutrition and fitness system that can be conveniently accessed from anywhere on the web and is ideal for anyone who wishes to work independently (without a personal nutrition coach) to reach their goals. By providing you with an online nutrition and fitness assessment along with a food preference list, Venice Nutrition is able to evaluate your unique goals, lifestyle and needs and create your personalized Body Confidence Plan. How does VN customize my Personal Nutrition Plan and Body Confidence Plan?
When joining Venice Nutrition, you are asked to complete a detailed Nutrition and Fitness Assessment. This assessment is designed to evaluate your personal goals, current nutrition and exercise habits, lifestyle, body composition and general health.
Venice Nutrition determines your individual nutritional parameters based on a number of factors. Our first step is to analyze your current nutrition (ie. how many meals per day you consume, approximate portion sizes and grams of protein per day). Your current dietary habits are very important in determining the quantity of food as well as the correct ratio of nutrients per meal that your body will be able to metabolize. If you recorded your body fat % while completing the assessment, that number is taken into account to determine your percentage of body fat vs. lean muscle mass. If body fat % is unknown, your height and weight are used in a special formula based on your body mass index.
Your customized meal plans are based upon your nutritional parameters and favorite food items that you choose while completing your Food Preference List.
Our next step is to evaluate your lifestyle including your current sleep, exercise (how many days per week and duration of each session), supplement and water intake. By analyzing all aspects of your current lifestyle, we are able to create realistic parameters for each category that will allow you to reach your personal nutrition and fitness goals.
How will I monitor my results?
Unlike typical diet programs, Venice Nutrition realizes the importance of improving your body from the inside out.
If you have tried countless diets in the past only to lose and regain the weight while struggling with cravings and lack of energy, then this statement will mean a lot to you! All too often diets focus only on the weight loss and lead to a temporary result. Venice Nutrition teaches you how to actually change the way your body works and how to achieve balance for permanent success. How? By stabilizing your blood sugar and creating balance, your metabolism will increase and your body will become more efficient at burning fat. Best of all, you'll feel good! Will Venice Nutrition work for a Vegetarian or Vegan?
Yes, the Venice Nutrition program will work for Vegetarians and Vegans. Many Vegetarians and particularly Vegans seem to seem to face the same challenges; low energy, intense sugar cravings, low muscle tone, and high body fat. These complaints make sense since their diets contain very little complete protein and typically too much carbohydrates and fat.
The solution is simple; get the recommended amount of complete protein per meal. Then add the right amount of carbohydrates and fat to stabilize blood sugar levels. This can be accomplished by following your Venice Nutrition recommended nutritional parameters per meal.
Vegetarian sources of complete protein include:
- Dairy like low fat cottage cheese and Greek yogurt
- Protein bars & Shakes
Vegetarians who include complete protein sources such as dairy (like Greek yogurt and low fat cottage cheese), eggs, seafood and protein bars and shakes have a variety of options in their Venice Nutrition customized meal plans.
Many Vegans choose to utilize the Venice Nutrition program to learn their recommended nutritional parameters per meal (calories and grams of protein, carbohydrates and fat per meal). The Venice Nutrition program also includes the ability for Vegans to create endless meal options. We recommend that Vegans with dietary restrictions (those who do not eat seafood, eggs or dairy), work on one one with a Certified Nutrition Coach either by phone or in-person for help building meal plans and extra support.

Monthly Memberships: For only $19.95 a month, you have the flexibility to easily implement the Venice Nutrition Program at your own pace month by month. Monthly memberships have a 30 day cancellation policy.
Yearly Memberships: Pay only $129.00 for an entire year and save $110.40! In addition, with the purchase of a yearly membership, you will receive a free 3 month membership to Venice Nutrition to give to anyone you choose. Getting fit and healthy is a lot more fun when you have someone to share the experience with! Yearly memberships are automatically renewed each year until you cancel your subscription.
