Venice Nutrition is Based on the Science of Blood Sugar Stabilization
By stabilizing your blood sugar levels (glucose in your blood) with the right frequent, balanced meals, you create balance (homeostasis) which allows your body to release stored body fat, toxins and excess sodium, while protecting lean muscle mass and igniting metabolism.
Stabilizing your blood sugar (keep levels between 80 and 120 mg/dl throughout the day) will naturally help you to:
- burn body fat
- protect and increase lean muscle mass
- eliminate sugar (carbohydrate) cravings
- boost your energy
- break through stubborn plateaus
- achieve permanent results

Eliminates the Yo Yo Effect
Because Venice Nutrition is based on creating balance within your body by stabilizing your blood sugar levels, it completely eliminates the yo-yo dieting syndrome. Most diets stress cutting calories or carbohydrates to lose weight. While restricting calories (calories in vs. calories out) or carbohydrates will initially cause weight loss, both methods will always lead to an immovable plateau once your body reaches it’s set point (the weight your body wants to weight and where it gets stuck).
Even worse, calorie or carbohydrate restriction causes low blood sugar and leads to:
- low energy
- extreme cravings
- loss of lean muscle which slows down metabolism
Once you re-introduce the calories and carbohydrates you restricted (you can’t starve forever!), you regain the weight plus extra body fat due to the loss of lean muscle mass and a slower metabolism. This makes it even more challenging to lose weight the next time around and leads to the yo-yo syndrome (weight loss followed by weight gain), which inevitably slows your metabolism even more.

Personalized Exercise Plan
The goal at Venice Nutrition is to teach you how to maximize your workout routine for faster results in less time. Your personalized exercise plan is centered on your lifestyle and includes:
- Recommendations on exercise frequency and duration to achieve your goals
- Your personal Target Heart Rate for faster fat burning results
- Detailed instructions on how to efficiently perform Red Fiber ("fat burning") and White Fiber ("sugar burning") cardiovascular exercise to avoid fitness plateaus and maximize each workout

Venice Nutrition's database has thousands of food options, and the ability for you to add your own custom foods. Using our software tools, you can easily add your favorite foods and brand names for even more options in your meal choices and recipes. Once added, new foods immediately become part of the rest of the food database so you can easily incorporate them into existing meals or new meals.
Customized Grocery List
Your customized grocery list will automatically update as you change and edit your meals. Simply print it out and take it with you or use your shopping list on Venice Nutrition Mobile for easy shopping and planning.
